PAYMENT

You can pay by IDeal, Paypal, Creditcard or Apple Pay. If you have any trouble with your payment, please get in touch by sending an email to sella@sellamolenaar.com.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide!

All items will be shipped within a week. Items shipped within the Netherlands will be shipped with POST NL and usually get delivered within two days; items shipped within Europe can take up to two weeks; items shipped to the rest of the world can take up to three weeks. Please note that this delivery time is approximate and we are not responsible for any delays or defaults by the courier service.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost will be calculated at check out. For shipping request or pick up at Studio Sella Molenaar in Amsterdam please get in touch.

All items will be carefully packed, but shipping is at your own risk. If you want extra insurance or fast shipping, just send an email to sella@sellamolenaar.com. We are not responsible and not an agent for the collection of taxes and customs duties established in the recipient's country. If your parcel is delayed, is damaged or get’s lost during transit, please contact the courier service with your track & trace code.


REFUNDS 

All sales are final and we don’t do refunds. 

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at sella@sellamolenaar.com with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it.
